Orders can be canceled and fully refunded any time before the purchase window closes. After that, all sales are final due to the limited, made-to-order nature of this release.
Each set is made-to-order in a special production run after the release ends. Your box will be carefully crafted, inspected, and packed for worldwide tracked shipping. Delivery begins in approximately 6–12 weeks.

The sketchbook is not a limited edition, but does have a limited purchase window. After the purchase window has closed, orders will enter production and it will no longer be available. You can order as many as you would like during the limited timeframe.

As long as your order is placed during the purchase window, you can order as many as you would like. All shipping rates are flat, so they are the same no matter how many you order. This is ideal if you would like order an extra to gift this product to someone and also have one for yourself.

We anticipate 6-12 weeks to produce and ship all orders. We produce the sketchbooks based on how many are ordered to minimize waste and to keep this release unique and special. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

We are shipping orders to 40+ countries worldwide with affordable international shipping rates to most countries and support for multiple currencies and local payment methods. Shipping costs and destinations are calculated during checkout.

For the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and all Countries in the European Union any sales tax or duty due will be calculated and charged during checkout with no further fees or charges when you receive your order. Please note for orders to the UK above £135, VAT is collected by the shipping carrier not us as required to comply with local import laws.
For the Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand no duty is payable either up front or when you receive your order.
For all other countries, any duty or local taxes payable will depend on your location and the total value of your order.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many local payment methods charged in your local currency. Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal.

The sketchbooks are produced based on the number of orders we receive during the purchase window, and was created exclusively for this special release. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any returns because it is a unique product. Please be aware that all sales are final.

If you cancel your order before the purchase window closes, you can receive a full refund. Unfortunately, all orders are final after that deadline has passed, so please keep that in mind when you place your order. There is a countdown timer on the website that indicates exactly how much time you have left before the purchase window closes and orders enter production.
