Enter the name and address of the recipient as the shipping address during checkout. Tracking information will be sent to your email used to placed the order so be sure to let them know to expect a package.

As long as your order is placed during the purchase window, you can order as many as you would like. All shipping rates are flat, so they are the same no matter how many you order. Birbs make great gifts.

The Birb is not a limited edition, it is available for a limited pre-order window though. If you would like a Birb, we highly suggest placing a pre-order as the best opportunity to purchase yours. Thank you for your support.

This is a pre-order and shipping timeframes can be affected by number of orders as well as other factors that may affect our shipping timeline.
We are estimating June/July for shipping, and will be doing everything we can to get your order on the way as soon as possible.
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way!

We are shipping orders to 40+ countries worldwide with affordable international shipping rates to most countries and support for multiple currencies and local payment methods. Shipping costs and destinations are calculated during checkout.

For the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and all Countries in the European Union any sales tax or duty due will be calculated and charged during checkout with no further fees or charges when you receive your order. Please note for orders to the UK above £135, VAT is collected by the shipping carrier not us as required to comply with local import laws.
For the Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand no duty is payable either up front or when you receive your order.
For all other countries, any duty or local taxes payable will depend on your location and the total value of your order.

The Birb is a limited release pre-order and though we will do everything we can to sort out any issues with your order that might arise, they are final sale and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.

If you cancel your order before the purchase window closes, you can receive a full refund. Unfortunately, all orders are final after that deadline has passed, so please keep that in mind when you place your order. There is a countdown timer on the website that indicates exactly how much time you have left before the purchase window closes and orders enter production.
